about me: a cultural observer and writer exploring contemporary consciousness at the intersection of technology, embodiment, and alternative ways of knowing. through personal narrative and cultural analysis, i examine what it means to be conscious—and remain fully human—in this particular historical moment.

methodology: i think of my practice as a form of "lived methodology," engaging with and living inside media, technology, and sociopolitical structures, then reporting back the embodied experience through accessible forms including creative non-fiction, film, and poetry.

interests: blurred boundaries between digital and physical, artificial and natural, individual and collective consciousness; autoethnography and the self as a site of knowledge; writing a field guide for navigating late-stage capitalism while staying spiritually, creatively, sensually, and politically alive; knowledge accessibility and community theory-building; empowering people to create their own analytical frameworks from lived experience
